I wasn’t really sure what to expect with the Hooga light, but I’ve been using it most evenings now. Getting it set up was simple, which I appreciated because I didn’t feel like dealing with anything complicated. At first I was mostly just trying to make it part of my routine, and after a few days I started realizing I was falling asleep a bit faster and not waking up as much during the night. It’s been a small change, but definitely a good one. Happy with it so far.

I was a bit frustrated at first because I just wanted the issue sorted out, but they handled it so smoothly that I felt relieved quickly. No hassle, no back and forth, just fixed it and moved on. Really appreciated that...

I was browsing hoogahealth.com looking at their red light products, and at first I was actually impressed. The product details were easy to understand, and I could quickly find the specs, sizes, and what was included in the box. Then suddenly I got kind of annoyed because comparing a few models wasn’t as simple as I expected, and I had to click around more than I wanted to. But after that little frustration, I still felt like the site was helpful overall and I had a clear idea of what I was looking at.

I bought this mostly because I was tired of using my little handheld light. Standing there, moving it around spot by spot… just got old. This panel is so much easier. It hits my back and shoulders at the same time, which is exactly what I wanted. Setup was simple too. Nothing complicated. The light spread seems even for using it at home. So far, really happy with Hooga Health

I ordered a red light panel from Hooga the whole process was smooth. Shipping was totally fine, and getting it set up was easy, though I do wish the instructions had a little more detail because I was like, wait, am I doing this part right? But yeah, overall I’m happy with it so far.

Just a heads up for anyone checking it out: the site is really simple to get around, and I found what I needed quickly. Don’t waste time digging around too much like I almost did, everything is easy to find

I got a Hooga red light panel after dealing with lower back pain for months, mostly because I was tired of trying everything else and pretending stretching alone was magically going to fix it. I didn’t expect much, because products like this usually make big promises, as they tend to do.
After using it most nights, though, the stiffness is noticeably better. It didn’t transform me into a brand-new person overnight, shocking I know, but I can move around easier in the morning and I’m taking fewer pain meds. Shipping was fine, the site was easy enough to use, and overall I’m happy with it...

It took me way too long to figure out. I don’t mind a little learning curve, but I felt like I wasted more of my own time than I expected just trying to get it sorted.

I asked for a refund and, totally calmly of course, they got it sorted the same day. The money came back really quick and there was no hassle at all, which I definitely wasn’t quietly relieved about.

I bought this a while back, I want to say maybe sometime in March, or it might’ve been April, it’s been worth the money. I wasn’t totally sure at first, but after using it for a bit, I’m glad I went for it

The red light panel itself seems decent and it does work fine... but the stand feels kind of flimsy. Packaging was okay, nothing special. For the price, I guess I was expecting it to feel a little more solid overall. It’s not bad... I’m just not super impressed either.

I’ve been using it for about a week or so, and it does the job okay overall. Nothing major has gone wrong, but the design feels a bit clunky to me. It works maybe 7 out of 10 for functionality, but appearance-wise it’s not my favorite.

Customer service got back to me faster than I expected and explained things clearly. I did have to wait a little bit, though maybe I’m being picky about that. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt like my question was actually answered.

Feels solid. Sturdy build. I’ve been using it every day. No problems so far. Happy with it.

The main item worked out fine for me, but the Hooga accessories felt average. You can tell they do the job, but some of the pieces don’t feel as sturdy as I expected for the price. Nothing was unusable or anything, just a little cheaper-feeling than I’d hoped. Shipping was okay too. I’d probably buy the main item again, but you might want to skip the extras.

I thought the prices were reasonable compared to some of the other red light brands I looked at. The shipping wasn’t exactly the cheapest, but even with that, it still felt like a solid deal overall, if that makes sense.

Delivery was super quick, almost felt like it showed up the second I ordered it. Everything arrived without any issues, so I’m definitely happy with the experience.
